**The Role**:

- Identity and lead sales initiatives to grow federal government client portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Manage a portfolio of existing government clients while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new clients.
- Utilise your sales expertise to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies, including client retention initiatives and customised recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in government recruitment to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase our services and drive business growth.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Strong track record in sales and business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proven experience in recruitment agency company, specifically in the government sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of government recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
