**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate staff rosters, ensuring optimal shift coverage and operational efficiency.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and employee queries related to pay.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of employee hours.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address staffing and payroll needs.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in rostering and payroll coordination.
- Knowledge of payroll software, particularly Xero or QuickBooks (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
