About the role:

- Fast paced and diverse role.
- Providing team support to Reception, Office Manager and Director.
- Working with our practice management software PowerDiary (training will be provided), assisting with patient record management, scheduling, documentation and reporting.
- Assist with marketing administration such as basic website updates, social media posts, maintenance of marketing database, various marketing campaigns and marketing material orders. Marketing experience not essential.

Your key attributes:

- Previous administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise tasks.
- Intermediate skills in Word and Excel (Mac knowledge highly regarded).
- You enjoy following systems and procedures, contributing to problem solving and operational improvements.
- Enjoy working and being part of a team.
- A certificate held in office or business administration desirable.
- Experience within an allied health practice, including practice management software such as PowerDiary will be highly regarded.
- Any Christmas leave required will be accommodated.

Work Eligibility:
Permanent resident of Australia or Australian citizenship required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
