**About the Role**:
Are you looking to kickstart your career in administration and student services? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Trainee.
As an Administration Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of administration, student services, and reception duties for the school. You will receive hands-on training and development in a range of areas that will help you build a strong foundation in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering a variety of administrative functions to support school operations.
- Produce, prepare, and enter accurate data records (both electronic and manual) in a timely manner.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of efficient work practices and processes within the team.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
Trainee: $15,337 - $39,647 per annum.
