We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced EA to support our Chief Customer Officer and her leadership team.

**About The Role**
This 1:1 executive support role will assist the Chief Customer Officer and her leadership team to deliver on our strategy and help shape our ambition to be a high-performing team. Our Customer department has a national presence and compromises of our Marketing, Premium, Customer Operations, Safer Gambling and Process Optimisation/Compliance teams totally around 600 people. You will be an all-rounder providing duties from diary management and meeting arrangements to travel, expenses, and the preparation of presentations and reports. With an element of organising team wide events, you will connect with and contribute to the EA community, who play a key role in helping shape the culture at Sportsbet.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting / town hall agendas (including time keeping and following up on actions).
- Ensure the CCO has appropriate recommendations and information prior to any meetings and approvals
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the CCO and Customer Leadership team, including HR, Workplace technology, Finance and Procurement
- Liaise with external partners and clients (e.g. sporting bodies and media companies) helping to ensure we’re building stronger relationships
- Manage Sportsbet and Customer team offsite and onsite events including venue, catering and activities
