**About the role**:
NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank’s investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you will be accountable for delivering front-line exceptional colleague and customer experience in every interaction across a range of on-site workplace services. With a focus on anticipating needs, listening to the colleagues and visitors, and making every interaction simple, effective, and quick.

While all Guest Services Advisors will work within the guidelines of this Role Purpose Statement, each Advisor will be allocated a specific focus area (e.g. event management, concierge, etc), working with the accountable Guest Services Associate.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receiving and welcoming guests, providing visitor passes as required
- Sorting and transporting mail to the correct location
- Receiving courier deliveries
- Provide access to lockers
- Assist with event space bookings and set-up
- Complete floor walks utilising a checklist, noting and reporting maintenance issues
- Allocate temporary car parks on request
- Other role-specific tasks as directed

**What you will bring**:

- Strong reception or hospitality / customer service background
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem solving
- Strategic thinking
- A commitment to customer and colleague service excellence
- Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate
- Certificate III in Hospitality highly regarded
