About the Role

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our Travel Centre Team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to online reviews and post-stay surveys for all Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia products in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be the primary contact point for guest feedback and work closely with the Ayers Rock Resort operational teams to resolve any issues.
  • Maximise Voyages revenue by closing sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Complete administrative tasks that support the reservations process and other service issues.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years' experience in hotel front office, reservation, or travel role.
  • Knowledge of Opera Reservations or Property Management System and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems.
  • Sound knowledge of hotels and resorts, their services, and facilities.
  • Experience using platforms such as Trip Advisor and responding to and giving feedback.
