The Sales Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth and success. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the necessary tools, techniques, and product knowledge to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
So, what’s the job?
Developing innovative digital training tools and supervision protocols to align with our updated training, monitoring, and supervision framework.
Conducting training sessions aimed at boosting sales performance.
Implementing measures to guarantee the efficient, honest, and equitable provision of financial services covered by the license.
Undertaking appropriate actions to ensure advisors adhere to financial services regulations.
Ensuring representatives receive sufficient training and possess the necessary competence to deliver financial services effectively.
And what are we looking for?
Experience within travel and insurance industries within the Australian market
Excellent computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Commercial depth and understanding of the sales proposition process from inception to finish
Highly proficient in the use of PowerPoint
Proven experience in sales training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
Positive, confident, passionate, energetic, enthusiastic & presentable
Highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and influence at all levels
Highly effective written and oral communication skills
Proven records developing best practice methodologies for driving new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
Certification in sales training or instructional design is a plus.
