- Creation of high impact presentations and sales content
- Preparation of supporting bid materials, proposals and tender submissions and
- Supporting the Sales and Bid teams to keep all things new business on track

**Skills and Experiences**:
Must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Growth mindset
- Admin experience supporting diverse, geographically dispersed teams

Nice to have
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the parking industry or technology industry
- Bid Preparation, Bid Writing and Bid Processes skills
- Experience in proposal writing and tender submissions
