What you’ll do?

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bid process, ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and create compelling bids that help secure new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from reviewing client requirements to preparing and submitting proposals on time.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content is included in each proposal.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of all bid submissions, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions, and use this knowledge to tailor bids to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the development of bid strategies to maximize the chances of success in the proposal process.

What you’ll bring?

  • 3 years of experience in sales, bid coordination, or a related field with a strong understanding of the proposal process.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including strong comprehension and the ability to conceptualise and present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with advanced skills in pagination, styles, templates, and dynamic fields.
  • Experience working under tight timelines and pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across departments. 

What else do you need to apply?

  • Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.
  • Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
