Seeking a skilled People & Culture Administrator to join a highly engaged team within a high-profile State Government Agency. Responsible for delivering confidential, timely and accurate P&C administrative support, guidance, and advice. Engage with and influence staff across all levels of the Agency to deliver positive P&C related outcomes and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Duties and Accountabilities**
- Assist in the management of recruitment documentation including contracts and letters of offer
- Provide managers with applicant lists for short listing
- Support managers with recruitment process including providing the position descriptions and advertising vacancies
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of interviews, referee checks and psychometric testing
- Partner with people leaders through the end-to-end recruitment and on boarding process to ensure talent is identified, appointed, and supported in line with a best practice recruitment approach
- Supporting staff on-boarding, induction development and off-boarding/exit processes through people leaders and staff
- Act as a first level point of contact for internal staff and stakeholders, representing People & Culture in a professional and customer-oriented manner, and promoting P&C initiatives and services in the organisation
**Key Capabilities**
- 12+ months experience in similar HR administration role
- Demonstrated success in the administration and coordination across a wide range of HR related projects and / or functions including recruitment and selection, learning and development, system administration and payroll
- Strong organisation skills to manage competing priorities and timelines
- Communicates effectively with internal and external clients to provide responsive, accurate and relevant information and services
- Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a Police Check
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
