Job Overview

As a Front Desk Healthcare Professional, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients at our reception desk and providing exceptional customer service
  • Efficiently scheduling and managing appointments to maximize both customer service and clinic efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers

Requirements
