**About the role at Quantium**

The L&D team are currently in a scale up, build phase so this is a real opportunity to help shape and develop the function, as well as help drive the strategy and a culture of learning. Initially the role will take key responsibility for driving learning for our early careers and contributor populations, however, will also contribute to the overall L&D programs, as this is a small, close knit and highly collaborative team.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Learning and Development Strategy Development - Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
- Learning and Development Coordination - Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
- Learning Design and Execution - Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs
