**The Role**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and delivering an outstanding client experience. You will collaborate closely with the Director and Business Manager to maintain a well-organized and welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily administrative tasks (e.g., clinic presentation, mail, appointments, invoicing).
- Facilitating team communication and support.
- Maintaining positive relationships with referrers and external stakeholders.
- Managing complaints and risks.
- Providing exceptional client care and support.
- Contributing to team building and a positive clinic culture.
- Assisting with social media presence.
- Adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

**Experience and Skills**
- Medical or Allied Health admin background is a plus but not required
- Relevant experience working in a structured and organized environment (as following policies and procedures are integral to a psychology practice admin)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in business software: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Canva, etc.
- A compassionate and client-centered approach
- Commitment to embracing diversity and inclusion
- Proactive and fast learner
- **Trilingual fluency - Cantonese, Mandarin, English (in professional fluent level)**

**Benefits**
