**Description**:
The Opportunity

Supporting several different teams across multiple projects, this role will see you managing the administration requirements for Project Managers and Business Unit Managers and their teams along with providing efficient office support. Some key responsibilities include:
Supporting and enhancing consistent digital file management
Project setup and file maintenance
Manage travel bookings, event coordination and catering
Maintaining registers, record keeping
Working with the quality assurance team to understand and assist with governance obligations
Contributing to effective document control processes
Support with project meetings including organising, taking notes and issuing meeting minutes

About You

This would be the ideal role for someone looking to gain hands on experience in a professional services, project management and consultancy environment. The role will see you gaining valuable experience associated with professions such as document control, project management, business administration, planning or cost control. To be successful, you will demonstrate;
Pride in your organisational skills and ability to self-manage
Intrinsic strengths in attention to detail
A flair for managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels is essential
Qualifications and/or previous experience in business administration or similar
Understanding of the design delivery process would be advantageous
Intermediate level experience with MS Suite is essential and familiarity with InDesign would be highly regarded
