Global Client Partner- Client and P&l Management

Job purpose
Key responsibilities:
- Overall engagement management responsibility is of global client partnership for our global client in Insurance domain.
- Establishing and developing trusted partner relationships with executive and senior technology and operations stakeholders in the client organization (i.e., typically at the C, C-1 & C-2 levels)
- Responsible for business growth by identifying, developing and solutioning for new business.
- Responsible for ensuring client success and successful realization of engagement outcomes through delivery of services and associated value-based differentiation.
- Responsible for leading the portfolio to meet the defined quantitative (Financial and non-Financial) and qualitative KPIs while ensuring predictable and no-noise service delivery in adherence to agreed compliance standards.
- Partner with domain and technology practices to drive go-to-market and provide differentiated solutions and capabilities in core and emerging areas.
- Act as a Solutioning Champion in identified business domain and (or) technology and (or) engineering/ ways of working areas relevant to the client context to drive pre-sales/ solutioning within and outside of the portfolio.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Experience: 20+ years of Delivery Experience - IT / Products/Tech
- Relevant experience - 10yrs+ as a Global Client Partnership role for Europe, ANZ, USA.
- Education: Any Engineering Degree + MBA / MS

- Revenue size managed - Revenue planning at the start of the year monthly and bi-monthly basis, looping in SME’s, bring in experts - 11/2 - 2 billion USD ( Enabling the revenue numbers )
- P&L Management - Understand the month - month forecasting on sales, based on deals, delivery based on client, revenue forecasting, 2 yrs max.
- Client Management - Consumer, GPS, TMT, Across sector business development - 4yrs
- Portfolio Management - Go to market strategy, sales enablement, business development, market intelligence, right intelligence
- Building relationships - Common goal, based on relationships, trusted relationships, Trust, empathy, Listening
- Technical Background - AI, AI and Data Transformation, Gen AI, work with Technology team every work with business team. Not from a technology background
- Account Management - Asia Pacific accounts, getting the accounts, partner ecosystem enable the account, education and training, client value service, brand marketing, measure pipeline, sales revenue, involved in giving best bid.
- Handled Global Client partnership roles for Europe, ANZ, USA and APAC etc.
- 17yrs - Products, solutions, services, Go to market, Microsoft, SAP, Solution growth, Enabling, Product to market to client, build the revenue in pipeline, BD team, Alliance team, building sales in pipeline, internal collaboration, one go to market approach.
- Strategy roles, Identify risk in bank, technology as a medium, redefining the model, work with Chief information Officer, done Business development, Building relationship, Understand the requirement, enable sales team.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
