- Job description**THE ROLE**
To manage the work-flow of the Practice group(s) and facilitate assignment execution and business
development activities. To provide executive-level support to the Partners in an efficient, accurate,
confidential and proactive manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Use discretion in the Partner’s absence to refer urgent matters to the appropriate assignment team members and inform the executive(s) of important developments
- Manage the office and time of the Partner(s) to achieve assignment and other business related priorities.
- Prioritise and manage the workflows of the team where necessary
- Co-ordinate Practice group meetings and events, including calendar invites, room bookings, facilities and equipment
- Undertake any other duties to enhance the performance of the Practice group and add value to the assignment execution process
- Provide support to Partner(s) in management of Marquee/Regional Accounts and/or Local/Regional leadership

roles held by the Partner(s)
- Travel Authorisation requests submitted accurately (100%) and in a timely manner
- Enable the Practice group to achieve administrative deadlines for assignments by assisting with the prioritisation of work and any overflow work as required
- Cash & Card Expenses submitted accurately (100%) and within deadline

specified
- Assist the Receptionist as required with reception duties
- Assist the Administration Operations Manager as required with co-ordination of

business-wide events
- Assist other Practice Groups / EAs as required due to workload demand and

holiday / sick leave coverage
- Willingness to assist where needed
- Positive feedback from staff members
- Engagement / Client Support
- Assist with the preparation of Business Development (BD) and proposal materials
- Compose correspondence and assignment related documentation on behalf of the Practice/ team
- Ensure all documents adhere to KF standards
- Keep abreast of assignment team activities and act as a liaison to keep all relevant parties informed

- Manage and liaison with Finance to provide information on debtors, invoices and officerelated budgetary information
- Documentation prepared in an accurate (100%) and timely manner in accordance

- Good collections record, with limited outstanding debtors each month
- Timely payment of creditor invoices
- Knowledge & Process Systems Management
- Take a proactive approach to information sharing and knowledge management
- Maintain up-to-date records in Searcher Express and Salesforce for executives,

companies, engagements and business development
- Stay abreast of best practice use of all internal systems
- Assist with the development of firm-wide appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of the work produced by the Practice group
- Encourage knowledge sharing by developing networks across KF, using appropriate technology
- Collate data and prepare reports for internal/external stakeholders as required
- Attend, participate and collaborate in all relevant meetings and initiatives
- Monitors progress and adjusts activities in line with results Adheres to company policies
