**What this opportunity involves**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to join our Projects division - a strategic division in providing comprehensive solutions for commercial real estate owners and occupiers to maximise the value of their real estate investments and increase their operational efficiency.
The role involves the ability to work as a team, supporting business development leads and national bid team in producing proposals, presentations, capability statements and expressions of interest to secure new work for JLL’s PDS team.
**What this role involves**:
Write effective, concise and compelling content (bids / proposals / submissions, presentations and source material)
Contribute content to the Knowledge Management platform through development of case studies, CVs, baseline, content and creative elements for pursuits
Develop, edit, proofread and review graphics, presentations and other messaging materials, as needed
Assist with driving consistency across all documents in accordance with JLL corporate standards and templates
Proactively assist with business development methodology including opportunity validation, trackers/database, document control on SharePoint
Carry out win-loss debriefs for all submissions and file
Support internal and external marketing initiatives through the JLL web page, intranet page, social media, and similar channels
Exceptional ability to research, write and organise ideas.
Highly organised with a methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders of all level
**Technical Skills and Qualifications**:
Degree in English, Marketing, Business, Commerce or other relevant disciplines
2 to 5 years’ of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - inc Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in using SharePoint and able to maintain electronic filing in SharePoint.
Experience in construction companies and an understanding of the construction / property industry would an advantage.
Experience with graphic software, e.g. PhotoShop, InDesign, and CorelPaint Pro would be an added advantage.
