**About the role**

As the Customer Experience Communication Officer, you will be part of the Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications across the Libraries and Customer Services Branch.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing, executing and managing content for the library virtual branch (i.e. website and online resource management) to ensure consistency with physical library offerings
- Supervising and directing the installation of libraries and customer service styling, displays and signage, and undertaking outcome analysis and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in the delivering communications across a variety of channels, including newsletters, social media, and direct community engagement
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline OR be pursuing such qualifications OR proven experience within the desired areas

**What's on offer?**

This is a part time position working 10 hours per week, Level 3-4 with an hourly rate commencing at $47.14 plus superannuation of up to 12.50%.
