About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Strategy and Experience team. You will enjoy providing quality customer service experiences responding to and resolving customer enquiries contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the team. You will work across a range of communication channels, including but not limited to phone, email, and online services when liaising with our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative duties such as reviewing and processing customer applications, processing payments, mail and correspondence, and entering data into customer related information systems
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service while maintaining professionalism and diligence to achieve desired service outcomes and first contact resolutions

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service environment and knowledge of customer service techniques
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills

This is a permanent full time, level 2 position with a salary commencing at $69,425 plus 12.5% superannuation.
