This company has a diverse workplace, with the opportunity to gain experience as residential/ commercial construction workers as well as being a leading building service provider for some of the largest companies in the world. You will be a part of an organisation that believes success starts with their people and finding new members that share a passion for hard work. This role is in Caringbah in south Sydney at $65k to $75k base + super depending on experience.

**Your new role**

The Claims Administration is responsible for supporting claims processing by assisting internal team members and managing effective customer service enquiries in a fast-paced operational environment. You will be responsible for providing support to office administration, reception, and Claims Teams during busy periods.Submit claims prepared by Estimator/Supervisors to clients (insurance companies).- Process relevant documentation for claims approval.- Assist Reception during busy periods or as directed by the Claims Manager.- Assist the Booking Co-Ordinator and or the Claims Co-ordinator as directed by the Claims Manager.- Assist with general housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.- Monitor and restock office supplies.- Setup makesafes on the system, allocate & follow-up trades to perform the makesafe & co-ordinate with the Insured or Home Occupier. Update the client of makesafe progress and completion.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Minimum 3 years’ experience within insurance claims administration.- Current Driver's Licence- Language Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, either by phone or face to face. Ability to document reports and correspondence. Ability to read and understand general company documents.- Computer Skills - Intermediate to advanced competency using Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability and capacity to learn bespoke company software. Ability to use desktop and/or mobile devices.- Reasoning Ability - Capacity to solve practical problems and deal with variables where only limited standardization exists.
