Join our team of Customer Service Experts at a top Australian furniture, bedding, and outdoor retailer. Our knowledgeable team is dedicated to assisting customers in enhancing homes nationwide.
About the role
Key details- Full-time (38 hours).- Rostered Hours: Monday to Saturday 9AM to 5:30PM (rotating roster)- Commencing ASAP
Key Responsibilities-
- Update customer accounts with relevant details after communication.- Send necessary communication to stores following customer calls, if needed.- Process orders as per client specifications.- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
