Customer Service Liaison Agent

The Customer Service Liaison Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless passenger experiences at dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
This permanent part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients across various airlines, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to their queries and concerns
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance, in a safe and respectful manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve 100% on-time performance and maintain a positive company image through grooming, behavior, and service
- Comply with dnata's Standard Operating Procedures and Policies, prioritizing safety and quality
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in handling baggage up to 32kg
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and environments
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Desirable Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish
Please note that employment with dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance, pre-employment medical test, and full vaccination. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
