Award Pools Group is an award-winning company which has been in operation for over 30 years and is well established within the construction of medium to high end swimming pools throughout the Sydney metro area.

**We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team based in the Hills District Sydney.**
- **Responsibilities include **_:

- Provide administrative assistance to Construction Team
- Pre-Construction Job File Preparation
- Database information maintenance
- Customer Care manuals
- Ordering of project materials
- Variations when requested
- Allocation and marking of stock deliveries
- Organise Hand-over appointments and documentation
- Update construction board
- Construction Certification
- Stock sheet maintenance / Pre-plumb sheets
- Organise construction meetings, notes and agendas
- Save correspondence to client file
- Maintain scheduling of Construction with Field staff
- Update Construction procedures as required
- Log rectifications and follow procedures
- Understand and ensure all Award Pools Group Procedures are followed
- General filing and administrative requirements.
- Attend Award Pools Group scheduled training sessions, as required.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Valid Driver’s License (own car)
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency (the right to work in Australia)
- Exceptional project and time management skills
- Excellent presentation
- **Experience**_
- Experience in swimming pool construction preferred
- Minimum 2+ years in MYOB software
- Minimum 2+ years in similar administrative role
- Excellent working knowledge of Invoicing functionality
- Experience in customer-focused role
- Experience in Microsoft & Excel

**Skills**:

- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of relevant software such as MYOB or similar is preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to maintain efficiency and good organization and work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines as requested

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
