We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Site Administrator to join our team, working on the Castle Hill Water Recycling Plant Compliance Project for Sydney Water.

This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in entering the construction industry or those early in their careers. As a Site Administrator, you will work closely with our experienced Project Administrator, gaining invaluable experience and establishing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in Construction. In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and diverse and will include:

  • Obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and ordering materials.
  • Processing Daily Worksheets, Timesheets and Delivery Dockets.
  • Reconciling invoices.
  • Updating and maintaining Project registers.
  • General running of the Site Offices.

Initial 12 month contract with view to extend.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience in the construction industry, whether you are new to Site Administration or have been working in the field for some time. What matters most is your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in our dynamic team environment as well as your;

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Construction Industry Card (white card).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
