We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in construction administration to fulfil a part-time role. Do you have a passion for making processes streamlined and efficient? We’re looking for someone who can provide assistance across both construction documentation and processes, as well as bookkeeping/account reconciling and general administration duties.

**Background**
- Previous experience in the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
- General administration experience and excellent English, both with verbal and written communication skills.
- Bookkeeping experience/knowledge of Xero software desirable
- Strong attention to detail, consistently follows up and gets things done
- You are self-motivated, able to show initiative, can identify priorities, ability to multitask and organise your time.
- Must be energetic and have a passion for implementing the most efficient operating processes

**About the role/Key responsibilities**
- Part time role (_with potential to increase if desired_)
- Support Project Managers & Director’s to ensure relevant documentation is completed accurately and filed correctly.
- Assist in contracts administration.
- Liaise with contractors and consultants
- Ensuring compliance with industry best practice and client requirements
- Implement and maintain business processes, systems and frameworks
- Maintenance of employee files and information
- General office administration duties
- Hourly rate: $25-$35 - plus 10.5% super, dependent upon previous experience_
