Executive Support Officer

This is a diverse and challenging role for a highly organised individual who is passionate about making a positive difference and is experienced in supporting executives.
The role is ideal for an all-rounder with good financial acumen and computer skills. You will also support broader business improvement and client experience initiatives.
Your executive support skills will lend themselves to effective meeting minutes, general administration support for Directors and General Manager, and coordination of operational matters including IT Helpdesk. You will also back up the business support team, including reception, administration tasks, and planning team events.
Our business support team prides itself on keeping TBB running efficiently and operating as a cohesive and collaborative team.
**About the role, the responsibilities and experience required**:
- Highly organised and improvement-driven.
- Known as being a “go-to-person” in the office environment.
- Proficiency in and the skills to support financial planning and control, including expense management, budget preparation, accounts payable, maintaining financial records and other general bookkeeping support.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and Xero.
