**Role Responsibilities**:

- Your role will include a range of support and office management duties including:
**Customer Service**:

- Delegating and monitoring the development team to complete support tasks
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support requests, including ticket details, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Managing support retainers, timesheets and invoicing.
- Quality Assurance testing and review of websites.

**Administration**:

- Accounts receivable management, including invoicing clients using Xero
- HR admin, including collecting employee and contractor information and issuing contracts
- Organising seasonal events including the Christmas Party
- Organising birthday or anniversary gifts/cake.
- Assisting the sales team with some sales administrative tasks

**Key Requirements & Desirables**:

- Must be able to commute to our office located in South Brisbane
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Good with numbers, and a good grasp of billing principles.
- Demonstrated customer service experience highly favourable
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Drive and Excel.
- Knowledge of basic website principles is an advantage
- Experience or ability to learn Xero for invoicing and the use of other tools.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
- Assertive and ability to follow things through to completion.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment
