**The Role**

Working as a support specialist will give you a unique insight into the Tanda customer journey. You’ll develop an understanding of how our clients use software that is applicable industry-wide. Previous support team members have moved into leadership positions, specialised further into technical teams and moved into other customer-facing roles.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Help customers access the full suite of features Tanda offers, and maximise the benefit of using our software
- Work with our support and product engineers to classify and escalate technical requests
- Surface customer trends and brief them to our product and sales teams
- Work with our Head of Customer Success to identify and implement improvements to the way we support our users

**About You**
- Possess prior experience in a customer-facing role such as help desk roles or other front-line customer service positions
- Have strong communication skills and provide solutions to technical problems using everyday language
- Practical problem-solving skills
- A demonstrated aptitude and passion for learning new technologies
- An interest in people
