- As a Revenue and Accounts Coordinator, this 13 month fixed term role will see you provide support to our Corporate Sales and International Visitors Business Development Teams, through the collection and processing of premium revenue data in addition to providing administrative assistance to our corporate and international clients and policyholders.

Reporting into Premium Revenue Manager - International, this full-time permanent opportunity will also see you:
- Lead the efficient and accurate invoicing of clients- Calculate, allocate and reconcile client premiums (including financial changes)- Manage client accounts including credit control and arrears for policy holders and group invoiced companies- Prepare reports for the purpose of issuing commission payments- Liaise with internal/external clients to provide solutions to enquiries, issues and operational processes- Action and review premium revenue related reports- Produce and maintain procedural documentation, and ensure customer data is correct- Collaborate with all stakeholders on improvement of operational processes- Investigate and analyse policy and commission history

Success in this role is based on your high attention to detail and your demonstrated experience in invoicing and arrears management. Your ability to prioritise tasks and work independently allows you to maintain accuracy whilst working to tight deadlines.

More specifically you will have:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts payable/receivable or office administration is desirable- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work autonomously- Ability to maintain confidentiality- Excellent communication skills and clearly voice solutions to issues.
