**Internal Sales Coordinator** as an integral team member to business operations.

Imagine making outbound calls to only warm leads You will be fact finding and market mapping existing clients to understand who and where your lead generation should be targeted to. Your aim is to present the BEST first impression of the company to its customers.

You’ll also be responsible for:

- Create quotes assist with customer orders
- Assisting customers and colleagues by providing product details, availability of items and quotations
- Accurate data entry into the company's CRM
- Following up on customer enquires
- Your days will be busy and reactive, and you thrive juggling different priorities
- Based in Maryland you will work closely with the sales manager and wider team from the office to the warehouse floor à everyone works together
- Be an integral part of a dynamic sales and manufacturing team
- Providing solutions for customers’ enquiries
- Quoting of machinery and inventory spares and conversion of quotes to sales orders
- Following the process from enquiry to delivery and updating customers

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in high volume administration is advantageous & you have great attention to detail
- This is a high-level administration role, your computer skills need to be top notch
- You need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to prioritise
- Technical understanding of parts and dispatch are an advantage OR willingness to learn

You’re an excellent communicator, written and verbal, a great problem solver and love finding the right contacts, market mapping is your thing You have a good understanding of sales administration process and are self motivated.

This opportunity is for an
**Internal Sales Coordinator** ideally from a machinery background. You will be expected to see the deal through, from creating sales orders, ordering parts, liaising with suppliers, producing quotes, and coordinating delivery.
