As our Business Development Executive, you'll be based in our state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong South, working with a close-knit team. Your role will involve actively seeking and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You'll be supported by an exceptional higher management team, ready to guide and advise you when needed. We are looking for a true hunter, someone driven and passionate about growing Ace Waste and expanding our business portfolio. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, self-motivation, a positive attitude, Go-getter, who is eager to learn and grow with us.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Actively hunt for new business opportunities.
- Meet monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and industry partners.
- Focus on new business development by approaching potential clients and managing existing relationships.
- Ensure all paperwork and workflow documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Understand industry regulations from bodies such as the EPA, Department of Agriculture, and other relevant authorities (training will be provided).

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, confident, and approachable attitude.
- Solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Willingness to door knock/cold call to expand the business portfolio.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Mandatory National Police Check.
