On offer is an Executive Assistant role to support the Chief Brand Officer of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively planning and coordinating meetings, events, conferences and travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts
- Maintaining calendars by planning and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, booking rooms, teleconferences, and negotiating appointments with a high level of independent thinking and judgment, ensuring all paperwork and background information is provided prior to meetings
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Collaborating with your peers to ensure a seamless administrative service is provided to the Chief Brand Officer (CBO)
- Delivering well-prepared PowerPoint and Word documents that convey valuable information and reflect our company’s Image
- Ensuring all matters are attended to, or brought to the attention of the CBO
- Handle extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international flights and accommodation booking, managing the transfers to/from the airports, maintaining log of pending tickets and frequent flyer accounts
- Taking care of the Daily and Weekly to-do lists to ensure prompt attention and action, ensuring that all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports are submitted within the required deadlines
- Participate in meetings and conference calls, taking minutes and maintaining an action log and follow up
- Ad-hoc tasks related to the Executive Leader's personal life when required
**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience providing PA support to senior leaders, ideally at the General Manager level and above
- Passionate about providing high-level support to the executive leaders
- Initiate a proactive approach at work and be able to collaborate with different teams to drive the outcome
- High level of integrity/confidentiality
- Possess natural engaging style with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with your approach, i.e. knowing what takes priority, what can be handled directly and when to escalate
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
