Receptionist/administration

We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
We are a family run business with long-term employees.
The hours are Monday to Friday office hours... We are flexible on start/finish time
The person we are looking for must have the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge required
- Admin knowledge and experience including data entry
- Attention to detail
- iBody Shop program knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary (training is provided)
Job role:
- Customer appointments & updates
- Update insurance companies
- Data entry (invoices, remittances, bank reconciliation)
- Filing
