We currently have an opportunity for a** Full Time** **Front Office Receptionist** to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Demonstrated experience within either **Front Office, Reservations **or with **general administration.**:

- ** High attention to detail **with **exceptional **verbal and written** communication skills.**:

- A passion for **providing exceptional customer service **and creating memorable moments.
- A demonstrated commitment to **be part of a positive and supportive team.**:

- Experience within the **Hospitality and/or Tourism industry **advantageous.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Provide **friendly, courteous and professional services** to all guests.
- ** Manage the guest room inventory and accounts** efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures.
- Attend to **check-in and check-out** of guests in a professional manner.
- ** Liaise with other departments** including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with **general enquires** and provide **share your local knowledge** to provide personalised recommendations & insights.
