Answering/ directing
**telephone calls** to the appropriate person;

**meeting/greeting clients** in a professional and friendly manner;

organise
**meetings/diaries**+ attend to the
**mail**;

providing
**administration support **(eg data entry, filing, typing documents).

**WHO YOU ARE**
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have
**MINIMUM 2 YEARS **experience
**or MORE** (no limit-senior mature applicants welcome) in a
**receptionist and/or administration/secretary** role in a
**law firm** (preferable) with proven experience taking a
**high volume** of incoming calls;

have outstanding
**communication +PEOPLE+ client-service** skills;

have a
**positive CAN-DO attitude**+ are
**adaptable**+ can meet
**deadlines**;

have solid
**Microsoft Office** skills (Word/Excel/Outlook);

love to work in a
