- $35 per hour + Superannuation
- Confidently support a high-volume Head Office in this team of three Receptionists

**What is unique about you?**:
As an experienced Corporate Receptionist or concierge professional you can successfully step into this high-volume environment and adapt to pick up the nuances of this head office. Your ability to collaborate and multi-task in tandem with your fellow colleagues will allow you to manage complex tasks that arise and require immediate attention. As the first impression and point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, you maintain a highly polished presentation and are always professional with your verbal and written communication. Having the confidence to use the office tannoy system and paging system will allow you to coordinate with colleagues easily. Your customer centric nature and want to provide first class experiences will be a standout for this role.

- Manage all incoming phone calls, assess, and triage appropriate transfers and message taking to the correct recipients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensure efficient distribution when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee the booking of internal meeting rooms ensuring smooth coordination and efficient use of resources
- Register and issue visitor badges, ensuring security protocols are followed, and maintaining visitor logs
