We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist to join a prestigious business in their stunning CBD office.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone who values professional polish. As the gatekeeper, you will be the face of the business, welcoming clients and delivering exceptional customer care. Your responsibilities will include office administration, managing daily supplies, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing support to the entire team.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask on projects of varying complexity
- Professionalism, warmth, maturity, and a strong team spirit
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Approachability and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service
- A genuine desire to build a career as a Receptionist
- Willingness to take on additional tasks when required
