**About the Role**
Our client provides cleaning & restoration services for carpets, rugs & upholstery. They are seeking an experienced Admin/Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, dealing with dispatch technicians & coordinating project managers & the team, whilst providing good customer relations with all parties..

**Duties**:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that jobs are completed on time & within budget, and to provide updates on the progress of each job.
- Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, ordering materials and equipment, managing technicians & their schedules, & ensure that all safety procedures are followed & all necessary permits and documentation are in order.
- Manage records of each job, including the materials used, labour costs, & other relevant information, & ensure that they are accurate & up to date.
- Monitor the inventory of equipment and materials to ensure that there is an adequate supply on hand, & work to replenish any items that are running low.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, including following up with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage office supplies & equipment.
**Skills and Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience managing teams and coordinating projects in the water damage restoration industry/pest control OR other industry experience working in dispatch or managing projects/job sites.
- High school Certificate or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, including Word & Excel.
- Experience working on a CRM/dispatch/project management software is advantageous.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
