- Documents, database and records management expertise.
- Handling of social media posts and engagement.
- Establishing strong working relationships with third-party service suppliers.
- On-site guest coordination, room preparation, and forms.

**Skills**
- Demonstrating excellent initiative, prioritization, and organisation skills.
- Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Broad technology knowledge with the ability to learn new systems.
