**The Opportunity
- Additional responsibilities _
- End to end responsibility of delivering the brand requirements within the assigned Squad including stakeholder management, brand development (including leading the brand planning process) and day-to-day project delivery
- Own the process to collate, synthesise and interpret data/trends to deliver meaningful insights
- Own the expertise around current market, competitor dynamic and financial/sales performance of your brand
- Lead a complete audit of the 6Ps for your brand and competitors
- Key role in defining the target segment and the implications for your brand
- Own the development and execution of the Marketing 6Ps (incl. communication and channel strategy) and Customer Value Proposition
- Lead the development of strategic Design briefs, and responsible for leading packaging projects with executional excellence
- Partner with Product Development and Design Specialist to bring large volumes of best-in-class products to market at pace, whilst ensuring the proposition is adding to the ambitions of the brand
- Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects including senior stakeholder management
- Ongoing tracking and reporting of brand performance including commercial, brand health and competitive market metrics
- Deliver ATL and BTL integrated campaigns with strong measurement plans that deliver incremental sales, positive ROI and integrated Bunch content
- End-to-end management of agency and supply partners
**About you
Although not essential, it would also be desirable if you had the following:
- Degree or tertiary education in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- 5-6 years experience in Marketing or associated fields, with preference for Product Management experience
- Exposure and experience in NPD projects and delivery
- Experience in Brand Development from Insight to Strategy to Execution
- Demonstrated retail, FMCG or QSR experience
- A strong history of delivery in a commercially-driven and fast-moving environment where decisions are made and actioned
- Leading the development of briefs, including but not limited to, packaging and marketing communications
- Experience in Digital and Social channels
