**Our client**
Our client is a juggernaut in the mattresses, bed frames and furniture sector. They have a global presence and are currently experiencing unprecedented growth, now has neve been a better time to join their team. Located in the inner city in a brand new, refurbished office space - you can’t help but love this work environment.
**The role**
The official title for this role is National E-Commerce Account Manager. However, we have been provided very clear instructions that coming from an E-commerce background is definitely not essential. This role is responsible for some major accounts, including one account that is arguably Australia’s most well known retailer. The accounts you are looking after are all in the E-commerce space / online retail.
**How you’ll contribute**
Reporting to the National Manager, you will
- Develop, assess and implement growth initiatives in line with the business’s strategic plans.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Manufacturing, Product and Marketing.
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to use financial data and business information to make effective decisions.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the wider team on growth initiatives, trends and tracking.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers. Implement long term planning strategies to ensure maintenance and expansion of market share.
**About you**
- The ability to build relationships and influence.
- Experience within the E-commerce sector.
- Understanding of bedding, mattresses, bed frames and furniture.
- Knowledge in strategy creation and how to implement it.
- Tertiary education (TAFE or University) is advantageous, but not essential
