**About the Company**
Our client is a well-known healthcare organisation in the inner north suburbs.
**About the Role**
Reporting to a supportive & flexible General Counsel, this role will provide crucial secretarial support to the board of approximately 10 members. Meeting management will be a key aspect from start to finish and the opportunity to be involved in Governance is offered.
This role is Monday-Friday, with flexibility to **WFH** when suitable (approx. 2-3 days per week). This is a **temporary assignment** starting ASAP for approximately **2 months **with potential to extend
**Duties**
Some of your key duties will include:
- Meeting room management including; creating agendas, packs, taking minutes and distribution of documents
- Writing and distribution of minutes from in person and online meetings
- Governance - provide advice to board on issues where suitable
- Provide support to the General Counsel wherever required
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar Board Secretary position - **2 years minimum**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare organisation - **desirable**:
- Be immediately available to start
