An integral position within a dynamic venue, the role will see you provide a link between the restaurants and conduct the day-to-day behind the scenes tasks and responsibilities for our iconic Flinders Lane venue celebrating the 15th year of business.

- Coordinate a versatile calendar of events and activations across three unique private dining spaces - The Arc One Galley, Upstairs at Cumulus Inc. & The Wine Room.
- Be provided with ongoing professional development including active succession planning, and be involved in excellent, accredited on and off-the-job training.

Trader House is a collective of restaurants, speciality retail stores and tailored events by Melbournebased chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. They are Gimlet at Cavendish House (currently ranked #84 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants), Cutler & Co, Marion, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Builders Arms Hotel, Meatsmith Heritage Butcher, Morning Market and Handmade Parties & Events.
