**About the role**

As a Reservations Groups Coordinator, you will sell, contract and coordinate group business and have a full-service approach to our clients by managing groups from start to finish. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work alongside the Reservations Coordinator to maximise revenue opportunities for the hotel and ensure all reservations duties are carried out accurately and efficiently.

**What will I be doing?**
- Process and monitor all group reservations
- To follow up on final rooming list, accommodation requirements and accounting instructions prior to group arrival
- To meet and greet potential and on the books business contacts and conduct hotel inspections as required
- Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members
- Work closely with the revenue team to quote for group business
- Increase revenue at point of sale by using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Resolve queries from other departments regarding chargeback authorities and paymasters

**What are we looking for?**
- Prior experience in reservations or front office is highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Proficient level of IT skills, including Excel, and Word
- Passion for delivering a high level of customer service
