**About You**
- You are a natural relationship builder and can build rapport with your clients
- You have excellent communication skills and experience in customer service and/or client management.
- You have administration experience and/ or excellent written communication

**Role**

You will be using your customer service experience and natural ability for organisation to manage your own portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attend client meetings
- Client management - maintain and develop client relationships
- Develop underwriter relationships
- Coordinating reports for quotes
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Prepare and present annual renewal quotes
- General administrative tasks

**Working hours**

You will have the option of working 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm depending on your client base. After an initial 6 month training period you have the option of working from home 2 days a week.
