**The opportunity**

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the benefits of financial advice? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Advice Support Officer. The ASO role is an outstanding role for anyone looking to develop into the financial advisers of the future. You will support new financial advice opportunities end to end, from generating referral opportunities to being responsible for the advice implementation.

We are seeking an Advice Support Officer on a part time basis (3 days per week), you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Financial Advisers across the country in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, analyse financial data, and assist in the development of tailored financial plans that align with their unique goals and objectives.

**Some of your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Provide general advice as required in line with AFSL restrictions
- Support and complete all research and implementation work for members who receive personal advice from the comprehensive financial planners

**About you**:
We're looking for someone who has a passion for helping members and wants to build a career in financial advice. You’ll enjoy building relationships and providing excellent service, have a strong attention to detail and an ability to effectively prioritise your day.

Previous experience in an associate role within a financial planning practice or financial services environment is preferred but not essential.

Essential: You have completed or currently studying towards a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
