**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

An exciting opportunity exists to join Council’s Early Years team as a Kindergarten Services Support Officer. This role will be primarily supporting the Kindergarten Central Application Scheme (KCAS) in line with State and Council’s policies.

The key deliverables for the role are:

- Lodge reactive maintenance requests and inform relevant stakeholders as required
- Provide a high standard of customer service to families, service partners and community in relation to kindergarten and relevant Early Years services within the municipality.

**About you**
Ideally, you will have qualifications in a relevant discipline or at least 3 years’ experience in a clerical and customer service role.

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise work to tight deadlines and have a passion for detail and accuracy.
