Join our team as a Territory Manager within our Patient Handling division in Queensland. You can be based anywhere in the QLD state that is 1 hour from Brisbane. Emergency patient transport | Stryker

Our Patient Handling portfolio sells Stryker Stretcher Beds into Public Hospitals. Stryker is the market leader and has deeply penetrated the market over the last few years. We have consistently won tenders across Australia. In this role, you will own your territory and become a product expert whilst providing clinical and technical expertise in a hospital setting.

**Key areas of responsibilities**:

- Drive sales objectives including sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives, competitor knowledge, and service levels.
- Be a product expert in supporting and maximising the opportunities internally and externally within each establishment.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through connecting with key personnel within each organisation or therapeutic area.
- Problem solve business and product queries, coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.
- Dedicated achievers, thriving in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.
- Strategic thinkers who enjoy analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities.
- Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long term business objectives, in public and private sector
- Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital
- Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer need
