**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Production Support and Engagement Coordinator is the backbone of VicScreen's location and production services. Working closely with the Head of Incentives & Production Support, the Production Support and Engagement Coordinator thinks critically about the good, the bad and the maybe-one-day places - assessing their potential as one of Victoria's unmissable shoot locations. Liaising with stakeholders in the broader community to secure location permits, improve the experience for productions shooting here and implement screen industry policy. The work of this role helps solidify Victoria as a leading, film-friendly destination throughout the national and international screen ecosystem. You won't do this alone, this role fits into a dynamic team and has two direct reports.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:
You have a passion for analysing a situation and striving to deliver practical solutions which is complemented by your supreme organisational skills. No stranger to negotiation, you have experience working with stakeholders to find solutions that ensure maximum production efficiency. Experience with government departments and councils would be great You'll be able to draw on your technical nous to build portfolios via a customised CMS and flex your communication and collaboration skills to support your team in delivering services to standard and on schedule.
- **Experience**:You have experience thinking strategically as you navigate your way to success working across projects. Your stakeholder engagement experience and negotiation skills are second to none. Experience working in the Australian screen industry and/or Victorian locations a plus.
- **Tech know-how**: Familiarity with image editing software and manipulating content management systems to create audio visual and online content; understanding of image database software and CMS hosting and server requirements.
- **Energy**: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services - day-in, day-out
